We started with a small school, few students, one Velammal Educational Trust and a dedicated set of teachers back in 1986. Today we are an educational edifice with lakhs of students, hundreds of teachers and several top-notch institutions growing under our umbrella. Our institutional breadth spans from Kindergarden (KG) to Post-Graduate levels. My kid is studying in 1st grade, I'm impressed with the way of education they offer. A few things to highlight are “Activity-based learning” - To break the traditional way of teaching pattern they follow innovative methods to educate the children which are highly engaging and interactive. “No Book Day” – Entire day would be engaged with activities and experiments, which helps the kids to develop analytical, creative, and critical thinking. “Super Speller” to inculcate more vocabulary in kids they conduct competitions and challenges, which is fun learning. Besides that, they encourage students to take part in various extracurricular activities like music and sports. Teachers are so approachable and friendly. Her class teacher and all other teachers are well trained, skilled, and extremely doing well in taking care of kids.

My son Rishon is studying 1st grade. He was a introvert. Now i see a lot of changes and improvement in his communication and interactions. He made friends, trying to be social. Education wise, he is getting proper help and guidance from his teachers. They care alot and help him in all way. Everyday I have been updated what they teach and his progress. The school is always connected to the parents. I’m so glad and happy with this school.

Velammal vidhyashram CBSE school is a excellent school. Education is very good, best quality teachers, syllabus is very well taught. The teachers followup with the students performance monthly & provide correct guidance to them. School is very spacious for learning and extra curricular activities.
